Terms & Condition of Service

Here, Traveller (refer as “Customer” or “person/persons in whose name” or “on whose behalf” the booking is made) has finalised the quote of his/her choice and ready to make his/her first payment to BOOK MERA HONEYMOON HOLIDAYS (refer as “Book Mera Honeymoon” or “us” or “ours” or “we”) confirms that he/she accept our booking terms and condition and are entering into the contract.

The quote consist of all details is based on the information available at the time of quote creation. In case of BOOK MERA HONEYMOON becomes aware of any change before the departure for Holidays, BOOK MERA HONEYMOON will take all reasonable steps to notify the Traveller before the departure for that Holidays. In the event of BOOK MERA HONEYMOON becoming aware of the changes post the departure for the Holidays, the BOOK MERA HONEYMOON consultant will inform the Traveller about the change.

The quoted price is calculated at the rate prevailing at the time of preparing the Quote. BOOK MERA HONEYMOON reserves

the right to revise the prices published in the Quote only in certain circumstances when reason is beyond our control. Such as in case of extremely adverse currency exchange rate fluctuation, or fuel costs hike, special/ high season surcharge imposed by the suppliers, rise in the airline, rail or other transportation charges, or change in government taxes. All such increases in price must be paid by the traveller in full before the departure by the Traveller.

At the time of confirming the booking, Traveller must pay a certain % of the total cost as a booking amount. The exact amount will be advised in your quotation. The balance of the price of your travel arrangements must be paid in defined instalments on set dates in the quotation. In some instances, it may be necessary for us to collect the balance over and above this time scale if requested by certain suppliers and we will inform you if this is the case. If the deposit and/or balance is not paid in time, we shall cancel your travel arrangements. If the balance is not paid in time we shall retain your deposit.

If, after the first payment, you wish to modify your booking in any way, for example, request for alteration of departure date or change in accommodation, we will do our best to check the possibilities of changes but it may not always be possible. Any request for amendment must be sent to us on e-mail by a person who made the booking, during working hours only. You will be asked to pay an amendment charge of ₹ 5000 and any further cost we incur in making this alteration. Note: Certain non-refundable travel arrangements may not be amended after a reservation has been made and any alteration request could incur a cancellation charge of 100% of that part of the arrangements.

After confirming a holiday package, Traveller can cancel their holiday, any cancellation request must be sent to us during working hours on e-mail by a person who made the booking. We have a very liberal cancellation policy, check here.

Book Mera Honeymoon solely acts as a facilitator for visa processing. Issuance of visa is a sole decision of concerned Embassy. Therefore, Book Mera Honeymoon is not responsible for any delay, grant or rejection of Traveller(s) visa by Embassy in any manner.

Traveller acknowledges that booking of air tickets, hotels, internal transfers and sightseeing for a tour is done parallel to visa processing to ensure the availability as per the proposed itinerary. In the event of any denial or rejection of visa, the refund will be processed as per the cancellation policy mentioned here.

Book Mera Honeymoon is engaged in the business of booking of Holidays and travel packages. We arrange travel services and sell travel-related products on behalf of service providers such as Airline, tour and cruise operator, car hirers, accommodation provider, Insurance Company and other such travel service providers for whom we act as agent. It is therefore important to note that all bookings made by us are subject to the terms and conditions imposed by airlines, hoteliers, shipping, rail, car hire, ferry, tour operators whose services are utilised by us, therefore Book Mera Honeymoon shall not be responsible for any act or omissions of the suppliers. We have no liability in cases involving death, injury or illness.

Any picture or video shared by the traveller during or post the trip via messaging app, social media or emails, will be used in the social media platform to engage the audience with your due permission only.
